Lana Bezenyan

Lana Bezenyan brings nearly two decades of legal experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of the challenges injured individuals and their families face. As an Investigator, she works closely with clients during some of the most difficult periods of their lives, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.

A licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey, Lana has spent her career handling personal injury matters, negotiating insurance claims and disputes, managing legal operations, and guiding individuals through complex legal and insurance issues. Her extensive experience provides valuable insight into claim investigation, liability analysis, insurance coverage evaluation, and the pursuit of fair compensation for injured clients.

Lana’s commitment to helping others is deeply personal. When she was five years old, her father became a paraplegic due to medical negligence. As the daughter of immigrants from the former Soviet Union who fled religious persecution, she was a witness to the emotional, financial, and legal challenges her family faced while seeking justice. Seeing what her family went through inspired her to help people whose lives have been turned upside down by circumstances beyond their control.

A first-generation American, Lana Bezenyan earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar. She graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University with a degree in Political Science and became licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey in 2006. She is also fluent in Russian, allowing her to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds.

Lana chose to join the firm, Zoeller, Hayden and Thron, PLLC., because of its unwavering commitment to helping injured individuals and families. She values the opportunity to work alongside a Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is proud to be part of a team dedicated to achieving justice and meaningful results for its clients.

Outside the office, Lana’s greatest joy is being a mother. She also enjoys reading, art, travel, spending time at the beach, and volunteering in her community. An avid animal lover, she shares her home with two cats and a dog. She currently serves on the boards of two nonprofit organizations focused on strengthening communities and helping those in need.
