Mr. Johnston has 35 years of experience in the insurance/legal industry, of which the past 22 have been with our firm. After receiving his MBA from Florida Atlantic University in 1995, Mr. Johnston managed litigation claims for several major insurance companies and a large municipality. Through his many years of experience, he has gained valuable insight on how to obtain maximum recoveries for our clients.

Mr. Johnston has handled cases involving almost every mode of transport, including car, boat, truck, tractor, semi, boat, motorcycle, golf carts, parachutes, and even roller blades. He has also been involved in mass torts, construction accidents, shootings, negligent security, homeowner claims, and more.

A native of Canada, Joseph loves all winter sports, especially hockey and skiing. When he’s not working with clients, he spends his free time golfing, hiking, kayaking, and traveling with his family.
