Ms. Damiana Linares brings a unique mix of determination, compassion, and real-world experience to her work as a paralegal and investigator. Raised in Havana, Cuba, she moved to the U.S. at 13 with her family, driven by the hope of a better future. She is also a Florida Public Notary and bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to connect deeply with a diverse range of clients.

Her legal career began at Fidelity Federal Bank, and today she’s a proud member of both the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Palm Beach Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Linares holds a Mortgage Broker License, which broadens her insight into clients’ financial and personal struggles.
