Mr. Johnston has 38 years of experience in the insurance/legal industry, of which the past 24+ have been with our firm. Prior to and after receiving his MBA from Florida Atlantic University in 1995, Mr. Johnston managed litigation claims for several major insurance companies and a large municipality. Through his many years of experience, he has gained valuable insight on how to obtain maximum recoveries for our clients.

Mr. Johnston has handled negligence cases involving virtually every type of loss imaginable, including but not limited to: airplane crashes, maritime/cruise losses, tractor-trailer/semi crashes, railroad crashes, auto, motorcycle, scooter, product liability (tire, pneumatic plug defects etc), roller blade, jet ski, hot air balloon, golf carts, ATVs, parasailing, electrocutions, drownings, negligent security, shootings, slip/trip and fall, large construction losses, elevator and escalator losses, nursing home negligence, mass toxic tort cases (breast implant & tobacco), animal attacks, and Federal tort claims.

A native of Canada, Joseph loves all winter sports, especially hockey and skiing. When he’s not working with clients, he loves to travel and spend time with his family.
